Austin Reed is a 6′ 2″, 230 lb. redshirt junior quarterback playing college football at Western Kentucky University as of Spring 2022. Prior to WKU, Austin played at the University of West Florida and led the Argos to a National Championship in 2019.  Prior to playing for the Argonauts, Austin played HS football for the St. Augustine HS Yellow Jackets (FL) and earned both the Florida Class 6A – 1^st team All State QB honors and the offensive player of the year in 2017, throwing for 3,000 yards, 34 TD’s and leading his team to an undefeated regular season and an appearance in the Class 6A final four.  This led to a scholarship to play football at Division 1, Southern Illinois University for the Fall 2018/Spring 2019 season prior to transferring back to Florida to play football for the UWF.
