As the students go back to school today in St. Johns County, marking the end of the Summer 2016, we would like to post an update on St. Augustine High School quarterback Austin Reed, who spend a lot of his Summer volunteering and giving back to his community.  During the week of July 18th – 22nd, Austin served as a camp instructor/coach for the St. Johns Police Athletic League youth football camp.  The football camp is an annual event with over 200 kids participating to prepare them for the start of the St. Johns PAL Fall football season.  The kids ages range from elementary school age up through the 8th grade.  In addition to his time spend instructing/coaching the kids at the camp, Austin select team of 7th and 8th graders won the week long flag football tournament under his coaching.
